We are often asked about this product and find ourselves explaining time after time (happily so I might add!) exactly what Carne Sala is. So here goes...Think beef carpaccio (the best you've ever tasted!) but with an ever so slightly salty tang, and a delicate aroma of the Lessinia herbs used in the curing process.
